Our Optical Gas Imaging Camera, certified to detect emissions as low as <= 60g/hr, is complemented by the Sniffer4d's sensitivity rate of 0.01%. This powerful combination ensures no leak goes unnoticed.

Detailed Reporting

Comprehensive area reports in .pdf are provided within 24 hours, ensuring you have the information needed to make informed decisions.

Immediate Notifications

We prioritize your safety and operational efficiency. Major leaks are flagged with immediate notifications, delivered in both .jpg and .geotiff formats for instant decision-making.

Safety

Using drones for methane leak detection significantly enhances safety by keeping personnel out of hazardous areas. Drones can quickly and accurately inspect large or hard-to-reach locations, reducing the risk of accidents, toxic gas exposure, and falls. This method not only protects workers but also speeds up leak detection and resolution, minimizing overall safety risks.

Innovative Technology Edge

Our unique integration of the OGI, Sniffer4d, and H20T offers multiple levels of detection and documentation, setting us apart with our ability to deliver fast, accurate, and comprehensive inspections.

Post-Repair Assessments

Once you've addressed a leak, we're back on site to provide follow-up assessments, guaranteeing the issue has been fully resolved.

Proactive & Reactive Solutions

Our core offering focuses on proactive inspections, ensuring your operations run smoothly and safely. But when emergencies arise—be it leaks, fires, spills, or other incidents—we're on the scene promptly with our emergency response capabilities.

Entrust your methane leak detection needs to us, and benefit from the peace of mind that comes with cutting-edge technology and dedicated expertise.

DJI Matrice 350 RTK

Using a drone like the DJI Matrice 350 RTK provides significant advantages for aerial inspections in terms of accuracy, safety, efficiency, and data quality.

01

Real-Time Kinematic

RTK provides centimeter-level positioning accuracy. This is especially valuable for inspection tasks where precise positioning is required.

04

Waypoint and Mission Planning

Automated flight paths can be pre-programmed for consistent, repeatable flight routes - ideal for periodic inspections.

02

Versatility

The Matrice 350 RTK is not limited to one type of inspection. It can be used for infrastructure, energy, utilities, and even agriculture, making it a versatile tool for companies with diverse assets.

05

Weather Resistance

It's designed to withstand adverse weather conditions, which means inspections can be carried out in light rain and strong winds.

03

Long Flight Time

The DJI Matrice 350 RTK offers a long flight time, allowing it to cover large areas or conduct detailed inspections without frequent landings to change batteries.

06

Obstacle Avoidance

he drone has a sophisticated obstacle avoidance system, making it safer to fly close to structures and in challenging environments.

07

O3 Transmission System

The OcuSync Enterprise allows for a 15 km transmission range, 1080p triple-channel video downlink, and 2-way audio communication, making remote inspections more feasible.

08

Advanced Sensors ,Cameras

The drone is compatible with the Zenmuse H20T series, which offers a combination of a zoom camera, wide camera, thermal imaging, laser rangefinder, and a radiometric thermal camera.

OGI camera core offers cutting-edge Optical Gas Imaging

The Ventus OGI camera core offers cutting-edge Optical Gas Imaging. Leveraging the newest in detector technology, cooling systems, and lens design, it excels at spotting and illustrating leaks from gases like methane, propane, butane, and other hydrocarbons.

Its blend of advanced features makes it the market's tiniest, lightest, and most energy-efficient OGI camera core. This makes it perfect for inclusion in gimbals, drone platforms, or fixed, ongoing surveillance systems. The Ventus OGI boasts a top-tier 640 x 512, 15µm pixel pitch "Hot MWIR" detector matrix. This is paired with a specialized narrow bandpass cold filter, set within a compact, durable, closed-loop stirling cooler. Combined with an f/1.5 cold shield and a specially designed lens, it offers unparalleled thermal sensitivity. At just 580 grams and dimensions of 148mm x 69mm x 73mm, it's the go-to choice for OEMs and system integrators.

Sniffer4D - Gas Detection and Mapping Device

Our UAV-based system captures precise data on gas concentrations, location, and time, and sends this information to our advanced analytical software, Sniffer4D Mapper, for real-time analysis. This software visualizes and processes data from one or multiple Sniffer4Ds simultaneously. Decision-makers can view the results in three intuitive formats: 2D grid, 2D isoline, and 3D point cloud map.

For petrochemical companies, routine inspections of oil and gas pipelines are critical for safety, aiming to preemptively detect and address leaks. Traditional manual inspection methods face challenges given the vast and intricate pipeline networks. These conventional methods come with significant downsides, such as a hefty workload, increased labor costs, inefficiency, potential safety risks to inspectors, time constraints, and hurdles in maintaining quality control.

To address these challenges, our solution integrates the Sniffer4D multi-gas detection system (rated XP2) with drones. This combination offers a more efficient and effective approach to inspecting oil and gas pipelines, significantly aiding in the safety efforts of petrochemical enterprises.
